Our family is growing! This year at Stegmann we are welcoming many new styles and shoes. Each one is designed with the same classic Stegmann signatures of comfort: an anatomically shaped cork foot bed, generous toe box, interior padding, arch support and a metatarsal pad to help your foot spread naturally inside the shoe. The materials for our clogs are selected and crafted for quality and sustainability. As a result, Stegmann is now home to a growing collection of versatile shoes that can be worn at home, to the brewery, on the road and wherever else your days take you.
Let’s meet the new shoes of Stegmann.
The Liesl Skimmer
This new shoe is the first to break the mold of Stegmann's well known clog design. The new Skimmer design features a feminine silhouette, a removable cork and foam insole, and a padded heel collar. Available in a Wool Felt upper and a leather upper - both options are fully lined with wool felt.
The name for the Liesl Skimmer was inspired by Liesl von Trapp from the Sound of Music. A young woman who was strong and graceful through difficult times. Liesl, an Austrian name is also a nod to our Austrian heritage, and our sourcing and production, all of which happens in western Europe. The Liesl is available now, in Women's whole US sizes and retails for $140.

The EcoWool Clog
Stegmann first released its EcoWool Clog during fall 2019. Made with sustainably sourced heritage wools native to each region, the footwear line may be one of the most sustainable in the world. Its production financially supports heritage sheep breeds and their farmers as a part of our species preservation initiative.
This year, we added two new 'colors' to the line. The light grey Alpaca is made from the wool of Peruvian Alpacas in the Andes. The rich deep brown Juraschaf is made from the wool of Juraschaf Sheep in Switzerland.
It’s not just the clog materials that are eco-friendly, Stegmann’s entire production line in Austria is clean, green and carbon neutral. The shoes are made during a chemical-free and zero-waste process--no wool or water is wasted during production.
The Alpaca and Juraschaf clogs will be available in Men's and Women's US whole and half sizes; medium width. Alpaca retails for $150, Juraschaf, Stonesheep and Shetland are $140.

The Lieben Chelsea Boot
Our second shoe design to break the mold of the clog is the Lieben Chelsea Boot. Lieben means "to Love" in German, the official language of Austria. And you will surely be in love with this booties! These chic, travel ready shoes are easy to pull on and ready for adventure. Launching in September, the newly released Chelsea boots will come in two neutral, wardrobe friendly colors.
The shaft of the boot dips below the ankle for all day walking comfort. Elastic goring ensures they can slide on and off as easily as our clogs. Fully lined with wool, these boots can be worn comfortably with or without socks. A removable cork and foam insole provides all day comfort and arch support. Women's whole US sizes, medium width and will retail for $150.

A removable felt covered cork and foam insole provides all day comfort and arch support. 100% recycled sole made from reclaimed natural cork and rubber.
