Very comfy but runs big

I bought these for my husband's birthday; he usually wears an 11, so I took the online advice to size down and ordered 10.5 for him. When they arrived, they were still very large, so I exchanged them for size 10. Those arrived within two days and are perfect! He has worn them constantly since they arrived and loves them; plus they look a lot nicer in person. We thought they would just be house shoes, but they look very nice and put together for casual wear outside.
