Women's Mainz Leather Moc Shoe

I so wanted these shoes to fit! The toe box was adequate but when I put the shoes on with socks and walked around the house the heel slipped out of the shoe with every step. I don't have a narrow heel and have never returned shoes for that reason but this time I did.

Like many, I struggle to find a comfortable shoe that is well made and doesn't look too orthopedic. These are it. The style and wide toe box work well for my bunions while the tie keeps them securely on my feet. The arch support is just right. The matte nubuck leather is molding to my foot after just one day of wearing and looks contemporary as do the minimal laces. While I initially hesitated at the price, after experiencing the quality, craftsmanship and comfort, I would pay more. These are great shoes!

I was originally a little hesitant about buying such expensive shoes, but, after years of “foot issues “, I’ve learned that investing in good shoes is the way I have to go. I have worked two 8 hour days on marble floors and come home with no foot pain.
These are my first two pairs, but definitely won’t be my last. I’m sold on Stegman!
