Size & Fit Details

Please check 'Size Chart' above before ordering. This is a Medium (B) width clog with a generous toe box. Order your usual shoe size if you plan to wear socks or have a higher volume foot. We recommend sizing down 1/2 size for barefoot wear, or if you prefer a snug fit. This clog will loosen slightly with wear, so many women prefer the clog to fit a bit snug out of the box.

Designed for indoor and outdoor wear. This clog does not have a removable insole or insert - the upper is a single, seamless piece of wool.

The Essenz is our essential wool house shoe and everyday wool clog. A modern take on our famous Original 108, we left the traditional ribbon off for a minimalist look. This shoe has a soft, seamless Merino wool blended upper; paired with our Stegmann support sole.

Very nice shoe…

But I think I’d rather have a little bit more padding in the clog. My feet are thin and flat so having a little extra padding in the sole would help me get more wear time out of it.

This is my first experience with wool clogs. I bought these for indoor wear because I have a bunion and I am more comfortable with arch support. These are very comfy and I have been wearing them all the time when I am at home. They also are very attractive.
