Size & Fit Details

This is a Medium Plus width shoe, which fits like a spacious medium. If you have a higher volume foot, but are not quite a wide this may be a good fit for you.

🔻 Runs long sizes 6 - 9.5 size down 1/2 size if possible

🔺 Runs short sizes 10+ size up 1/2 size if possible

The Liesl fits like a traditional women's dress shoe and is narrower than our wool clogs. Will loosen slightly with wear. Insole is removable.

Comfortable, dressy, all-purpose

I bought a pair of The 'Liesl' Skimmer several months ago from a shoe store several towns over. I fell in love and knew I had to have another color, also. I have bunions and these shoes are the most comfortable I've ever worn. In addition, the very first time I wore them, I received compliments on the shoes. They go with jeans, casual or dress pants, and dresses. I recently cleaned them with saddle soap and mink oil and they look brand new. I received my second pair direct from Stegmann and I am not disappointed. Although they are more expensive than I usually pay for shoes, they are of excellent quality and I look forward to wearing these shoes for many years.
